Frequently Asked Questions

What if my dog isn't vaccinated?

We can help with that! We have partnered with Amesbury Animal Hospital who can get your pet up-to-date on vaccines for no cost to you.

What happens if I need help caring for my dog after I am discharged from my treatment?

Currently we have no plan for post treatment care but don't hesitate to ask, we may be able to help.

Do you help with other types of pets?

We are not currently set up to do so, but again, please reach out and we will see what we can do on a case by case basis.

What if I need care for longer than two weeks?

Please reach out to us. Currently the program is designed for short-term care, but we still may be able to help. In the event your hospital stay is longer than anticipated we will work with our partners to ensure your dog is well cared for.

What if I did not receive an honorable or general discharge but still need help caring for my dog?

We will assess your situation on a case by case basis and may still be able to help.
